How the National Farm Day was celebrated at PSP "Novoselytsia"

On May 19, the National Farm Day was held in Zhytomyr Oblast at the Novoselytsia State Farm, an event that brought together milk producers, industry experts, and partner companies for an open professional dialogue and exchange of practical experience. The main topic of the event was the history of the farm's development and its transformation. The participants discussed the path of Novoselytsia State Farm from a farm with tethered housing to a modern dairy complex for 800 cows, which today demonstrates a different level of production organization, technological capabilities, and efficiency.

During the event, the farm team shared real cases of implementing changes — from the phased modernization of premises to the implementation of modern solutions in feeding, keeping, and herd management. It was separately emphasized that the key to a successful transformation was not a one-time reconstruction, but a consistent development strategy. The event program included a demonstration of alfalfa silage harvesting, presentations of innovative solutions from partner companies, and discussions of current requirements for cattle welfare and preparation of farms for inspections.

The social component was also an important part of the National Farm Day. As part of the “100 Cars for the Armed Forces” initiative, another batch of cars was handed over to Ukrainian defenders. In total, five minibuses were handed over, two of which were financed by the founder and head of PSP “Novoselytsia” Anatoliy Berezovsky.

The event once again confirmed that the Ukrainian agricultural sector remains strong even in difficult conditions - thanks to mutual support, openness to change, and willingness to invest in the long-term development of the industry.
