1. Heavy-duty construction

The trapezoidal frame of the compost turner is made of high-quality structural steel S355 J2 and covered with powder polymer coating.

2. "ADR" / "TVZ" axis (Italy)

Rather prompt and easy shifting the equipment from working into transport position is one of the advantages of A.TOM compost turners. Compost turner has transport wheels for moving between manure storage facilities, as well as between farms located at a certain distance. The possibility of movement in off-road conditions is ensured by the use of high-quality and durable axles from one of the best Italian manufacturers - ADR or TVZ.

3. Trailer with a counterweight

A trailer with a counterweight is designed for efficient and safe movement of the equipment.

4. Heavy-duty drum

Compost turner is designed to process any type of raw material: both materials of plant origin and animal wastes. High-quality mixing of the material is achieved due to a heavy-duty drum and a special configuration of blades.

5. Wear-resistant blades "Hardox" (Sweden)

A set of wear-resistant blades is made of Hardox heavy-duty steel as the drum with blades designated for work in the aggressive environment. A universal metal two-wheel trailer equipped with a large water tank (5 m3) and inoculant tank (300 liters), a motor pump, valves and pipelines to ensure humidification and application of the inoculant.

6. Gear-box "Bondioli & Pavesi" (Italy)

High performance and efficient mixing (up to 40,000 m3 per year) are made with a powerful gearbox from Bondioli & Pavesi, an Italian manufacturer of components and power transmission mechanisms for industrial and agricultural machines.

7. Chain coupling

A chain coupling is used to connect the "sprocket" of the gearbox and the "sprocket" of the drum shaft.

8. Cardan shafts “Bondioli&Pavesi” (Italy)

In order to provide trouble-free operation of the compost turner in severe environment and designated for work being installed at certain precise angles we use cardan shafts of earlier mentioned above well-known Italian brand “Bondioli&Pavesi”.

9. «Timken» bearings (USA)

Special ball bearings in spherical housings are used in the design of the turner’s drum. All models of compost turners are equipped with high-quality bearings from one of the best manufacturers in the world - the American company “Timken”.

10. Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder

A heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder with a strong pin is used to lift up and put down the turner’s trapezoidal frame.

12. Hydraulic hose holder

For convenience and ergonomics, the compost turner has a special holder for hoses, which prevents them from contamination and damage in case of contact with the ground while driving.

13. Hitch ring

The compost turner is easily aggregated with a tractor with the help of a hitch ring - with a diameter of 50 mm.

14. "Simol" jack (Italy)

Reliable and durable European-made jacks for the convenient and safe operation of the compost turner. It provides lifting and holding the equipment at a certain height for attaching to the tractor, as well as for fixing it in a stable position after work is completed.

15. Nozzles

Three nozzles are located under the upper part of the compost turner’s main frame and designed for water and/or the inoculant spraying.

16. Material capturing plates

External front capturing plates located on each side of the compost turner frame involve the material located outside the windrow width.

17. Manual height adjustment

The height of the compost turner frame is changed by manual adjustment of the support wheel.

18. Mounting loops

Mounting loops are designed for the convenient loading and unloading of the compost turner frame.

A universal metal two-wheel trailer equipped with a large water tank (5 m3) and inoculant tank (300 liters), a motor pump, valves and pipelines to ensure humidification and application of the inoculant.

2. Plastic water tank.

3. Inoculant tank capacity 300 liters

Inoculant plastic tank has a compact size and convenient configuration.

4. Motor pump "Honda" (Japan)

Used to fill tanks with water and inoculant and mix them to form a mother liquor.

5. Flexible pipeline, valves, and fittings.

The unique 8-function valve system helps to pump fluid from: main tank into the compost turner, tank with inoculant to the compost turner, tank with inoculant into the main tank, the main tank into the tank with the inoculant, source of water in the main tank, source of water in a tank with an inoculant. Circulation/mixing can be made in the main tank or in the inoculant tank.

6. Ladder

The ladder is used for filling the tank with water or to check the water level in the tank.
